The Documents page lists all the documents in the current entity. To access the Documents page, click on Other Data > Documents in the navigation pane.

The layout of the Documents is shown below. It lists the document associated account/contact, document type, file name, expiry date and created date. Each column can be sorted alphabetically or chronologically by clicking the column header. You can further filter the documents by searching on the desired account, contact, file name, document type and date using the local search bar (highlighted in green below). 

Kooltra also offers users the ability to export the information on the Documents page by clicking More > Export .csv button (highlighted in yellow below).


You can modify/delete the document by clicking "Manage". This will open up the document page which allows you to switch the file, edit the details, or delete the document shown as below. In order to have the document details successfully updated, make sure you click Save or Update before exiting the popup.
